What kind of data do we collect?

a) Information collected automatically when using the platform

When you visit the Platform for information purposes only, we automatically collect some of your information whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols. This category of data includes IP addresses or domain names of computers and terminals used by users, URI / URL (Uniform Resource Identifier / Locator) addresses of the requested resources, the time of the request, the method used in submit the request to the server, the size of the file obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the response given by the server (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the operating system and the user’s IT environment.

 

b) Information collected at the time of booking (hereinafter “Booking Data”)

When you book an experience, we ask you as a basic data for your name and a valid email address. Depending on the Booking, we may ask you for additional information such as your address, telephone number, date of birth, the name of any other people traveling with you, your preferences (e.g. food preferences and mobility restrictions) and payment details.

 

c) Information collected when subscribing to the newsletter or other marketing communications (“Direct Marketing”).

If you sign up for our newsletter or other marketing communications services, we collect your email address and other information relating to your contacts.

 

e) Information collected when you interact with us (“Contact Us”)

If you want to get in touch with our Help Center or contact us, we collect the information contained in the request: subject / purpose of the contact; name (name and surname); email address; additional personal data included in communications.

 

f) Personal data you provide to us about other people

You may also want to make a Reservation for other people traveling with you. In these cases, the information provided is used only as described in the specific pages of the service. We encourage you to inform the individuals whose data you share, so that they understand and accept the ways in which we use their information (i.e. as described in this Privacy Policy).

 

 

Geolocation

Some functions offered by the platform involve the use of the location services offered by your browser or operating system (eg Google Maps / Earth or Apple Maps) to proceed with geolocation, which is essential for the proper functioning of our Services. For example, to facilitate the search for Locations and experiences, for events at Locations closest to you, with your express consent, you are “geolocated”, that is, information relating to your location is collected through the data collected from your internet connection and / or from the GPS of your mobile device. The localization, depending on the chosen functionality, can take place in a timely manner, that is by showing the Locations present in the vicinity of the place where you are at the time of activation of the function, or in a more continuous way, indicating the Locations present during your journey carried out from the moment of its activation. In any case, the localization is limited to the activation time of the chosen functionality. It should be noted that most devices allow you to control or disable the location option for applications in the browser and device settings menu.
The use of Google Maps / Earth is subject to the Google Maps / Earth Terms of Use and the Google Privacy Policy (https://www.google.com/intl/it/help/terms_maps/), which we invite you to read carefully.

We may use your data for the following purposes (hereinafter “Processing Purpose”):

 

a) Website browsing: allow you to browse our website and other digital platforms.

b) Data collection through contact form: allow you to obtain information about our services by requesting the “Contacts” page or filling in forms on our site.

PERIOD OF STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA: 1 year for contacts

 

c) Booking experiences

Execution of contractual obligations deriving from the General Conditions of Sale, for the purpose of providing the services offered by the platform, for the information and / or services requested, including subscription to the newsletter;
Administrative-accounting purposes, or to carry out activities of an organizational, administrative, financial and accounting nature, such as internal organizational activities and activities functional to the fulfillment of contractual and pre-contractual obligations;
Legal obligations, or to fulfill obligations established by law, by an Authority, by a regulation or by European legislation.
Customer assistance, to provide you with support or information on your booking and / or to answer you when you need it.
LEGAL BASIS:

processing necessary for the pursuit of the legitimate interest of the data controller.
PERIOD OF STORAGE OF PERSONAL DATA: These data will also be processed with electronic tools, recorded in special databases, and used strictly and exclusively within the existing contractual relationship. They will be kept for the entire duration of the contractual relationship, for ten (10) years from the end of the existing contractual relationship.
The communication of your data for the aforementioned purposes is necessary to execute the contract of which you are a party. Failure to communicate could make it impossible to provide the specific services in question.

d) Defense of a right in court

We can use your personal data to defend our rights in court and out of court in the event of contractual or extra-contractual violations to the detriment of the Data Controller, for example to take any actions for credit recovery, in the event that this should become necessary due to failure to pay the sums provided for in the contract within the agreed deadlines.

We can send you emails for commercial and promotional purposes for the sale of our products and / or services, of the same type as your previous purchases, except for your refusal to oppose treatment at any time. f) Direct Marketing

With your consent and up to your opposition for: direct marketing activities of the Owner, direct sales, sending newsletters and promotional material, commercial or relating to events and initiatives, by the Owner, as well as companies connected to it, by automated means of mail electronic, fax, SMS, MMS or other type messages, as well as through telephone calls through operators, including automated ones and paper mail and other informative material.

You can also object to further sending of promotional communications via email by clicking on the appropriate link, which is present in each promotional email.

g) Click-to-chat and click-to-call functionality

The click-to-chat feature allows you to initiate a live chat and take advantage of our customer service support in real time. You can contact our Help Center via live chat either as a guest or as a registered customer. In the latter case, to process and respond to your requests, the Help Center may have access to certain parts of your Account Data, such as your name and contact information.
If you ask for the activation of the click-to-call feature, you can be called back by the Help Center. In this case we can collect: your phone number and the time you prefer to be called back.

 

How do we handle the personal data of children under 16?

The services offered by parchiaperti are intended only for people over the age of 18. In limited cases such as booking an experience or other associated services, the number and other information relating to minors and accompanying persons may be collected. In all other cases, we collect and use information from minors only with the consent of the parents or legal guardian.

The data is provided by you (interested party) or collected from third parties.

 

Who do we communicate the data to?

Dynamoscope employees and collaborators may become aware of your personal data, as authorized subjects, in relation to the data and information necessary for the performance of the assigned tasks and within the limits strictly pertinent to the obligations, tasks and purposes mentioned above, Dynamoscope employees and collaborators. .
Furthermore, personal data may be disclosed to third parties who carry out activities necessary for the provision of the services we offer. Each of them processes the data as data controllers, or they can act as independent controllers.
Specifically, the data can be processed by the following subjects or categories of subjects:
Partners, such as Bodies, Organizations and Operators who offer experiences through our service (“Partners”);
Companies and consultants, in the field of legal, accounting and tax assistance and consultancy;
Subjects that provide services for the management of the information system and telecommunications networks; including e-mail, website management and newsletters
Competent authorities, for the fulfillment of legal obligations and / or provisions of public bodies, upon request;

Finally, your data is communicated to the company J’eco SRL, to the extent that this is necessary and essential to execute the contractual obligations with Dynamoscope, to manage the services and functions of the www.parchiaperti.it platform exclusively and to administer its activities by providing services to Partners and also to users.

Do we transfer data abroad?

The personal data collected by us for the purposes described in this Notice, may be communicated and transferred to companies and individuals located in other countries belonging to the European Union.
