How the project started
Parchiaperti is a project by Dynamoscopio and Jecoguides, in collaboration with Federparchi. The work group was established during the lockdown, the deprivation of our freedom of movement made many people rediscover the benefits that we receive just by being in contact with nature. In compliance with the policies adopted for the restart of Italy, and while focusing on the promotion of sustainable tourism, the system of involved Parks is committed to offering its protected areas and natural wonders, making them available to citizens, first of all as a resource for their psychophysical health, as well as a common heritage with a wide naturalistic, tourist and economic value to be promoted and shared.

The Italian environmental heritage is an asset that is still too often unexplored. A digital device has been created to facilitate the access to parks and green areas, so that it allows you to create your own experience in nature in an easy and immediate way. Thanks to the range of offers proposed through the platform and the integrated geolocation system, you can realize that your next destination might be closer than you think.
Scientific Committee
Leading the work group, the Scientific Committee is composed by Agostino Agostinelli. Dario Furlanetto, Marta Panisi (Federparchi) and Gioia Gibelli (Società Italiana di Ecologia del Paesaggio). The Committee’s duty is to produce knowledge relating to the value of the environment as a resource for psycho-physical health, not only in moments of normalcy but especially in times of health emergency, and the importance of parks as a tool to protect the Italian environmental heritage. Federparchi is project partner.
